Once Upon A Time…
in 1979, Dr. Jim Stapleton, principal at Dueitt Middle School, wanted a convenient way for his students to get their supplies. With friends, he started packaging custom supply packs from his home. Word spread about his service and soon the entire district was buying supplies from EPI. Today, EPI coordinates the Back-To-School Supply Program with over 3700 schools nationwide, and provided 1.2 million students with school supply packs.
