Free Delivery

EPI does not charge for delivery on any of their shipments going to a school building.  The only time freight will be charged to such an order is when the standard order for stock items does not exceed the $50 minimum.

For shipments to destinations outside the 48 contiguous United States, including APO and FPOs, we ship U.S.P.S. priority mail. You will be charged additional freight charges, regardless of the order total. Please call for a quote. 

Delivery Schedule

Any standard order for stock items placed before 12:00 noon CST should ship the same business day.

Delivery times will vary on all custom and special order items.

The delivery of your back-to-school, fundraising and custom apparel order will be determined with your account manager at the time each order is placed.

Return Policy

Our customer service department is eager to serve you and insure every concern you have is taken care of quickly and accurately.  It is our goal to create the best buying experience possible for you and your organization.

Returns related to your back-to-school order will be subject to the terms of your back-to-school contract.

Returns due to customer error will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of the return freight charge.
