A: Just send us your school lists and tell us whether you want name brand products or private label products. We’ll do the rest. Within 48 hours, a representative will contact you with a completed estimate and will also help explain your options. 

Q: Do we pay for our school packs up front?

A: We do not need your hard earned money to run our program. EPI's program pays for itself. Your payment is due after you sell the supplies and you have returned the ones you do not sell. You can also get a discount for early payment of your packs. Talk with your account representative to find out all the ways to save.

Q: How do I get my school involved?

A: EPI makes it very easy! Choose a representative for your school.  Send us your school supply lists for each grade and tell us whether you want to use name brand products or private label products. An account representative will then contact you within 48 hours with a quote and be ready to explain how it can work for your school. 

Q: Do you use name brand products?

A: We carry all the popular name brand products. We also carry private label products if you are interested in saving more money. You can fill your order entirely with name brand products, private label products, or a combination of both.

Name Brand products include Crayola, Prang, Mead, Elmer’s, Bic, 3M, Avery and more. EPI has over 6,000 school supply items to choose from. We stock more school supplies than any other school pack supplier and if you request it, we will provide it for you.  Just let us know what item you are looking for.

Q: How does the school pack program work?

A: EPI furnishes back-to-school supplies packaged in individual shrink-wrapped packs that are custom made to match your school supply list for each grade. The packs are delivered to your school ready for pick-up on or before the first day of school.  Packs can also be delivered to the home of each student.

Q: Who generally organizes this type of program at my school?

A: In most cases the PTA, PTO, or other parent organization will take charge and organize the school supply program at your school.  Sometimes, it may even be a school administrator.

Q: How will I be able to keep track of my EPI school pack program?

A: Our customers now have 24/7 online-access to all of their account information. Print your own invoices and lists and look through orders at your convenience.

Q:  Do you sell my name & child’s information?

A: EPI never sells your name or any information of our customers. All the information you provide our company is strictly confidential and will be used only for the purpose of filling and processing your order. We value your privacy.

Q:  What is the cut-off date to order?

A: Your account representative will establish that with you and help you plan a phased approach for your program.

Q:  Do you accept returns?

A: Yes. Whatever school packs you do not sell, we will take them back.  In fact, just give us a call and we will arrange for the pickup of your supplies as well.  All you have to do is make the call.

We also have a full school year guarantee on all of our products. If for any reason during the course of the school year you are not satisfied with a product, we will do what it takes to correct the problem.

Q: What if our school needs more kits right before school starts for new families or those who decided to join the program at the last minute?

A: If orders come in after the deadline, we will accept one reorder from your organization. 

Q: What if our teachers request special items EPI doesn’t carry?

A: If EPI doesn’t have it we’ll get it. EPI can source any school product request and secure a competitive price for you.

Q: What if we have school packs leftover when school starts?

A: Any remaining kits delivered to the school can be returned and you will receive full credit for them. Just call your representative and they will take care of coordinating with the freight company to pick up your returns.

Q: Why would parents want to purchase a school pack?

A: Parents are busy. Getting ready for school is a hectic time for them. Knowing that they have their kids school supplies taken care of and that they are exactly what the teachers want is a huge relief.
